1. NO Profanity 2. NO Profanity 3. No slang words that can be read as Profanity 4. All can post a review. Even Guests. These are the only boards that are open to all. 5. Please be specific in your reviews no matter good or bad. We use this as a learning tool to help serve our guests better. 6. Remember that GREAT not just good service is what all the Hotels/Restaurants are trying to attain. So any and all feedback positive or negative is appreciated.

At the risk of asking a silly question- How come Rule 6 2nd sentence seems to be ignored. I don't really care but if it really is not a rule then just change it cause you make the rules
