Like many places at Tremblant, this property is hotel managed by Hilton with units that are owned privately.
It is the only place I have stayed at Tremblant that I would not choose again.
We rented a private condo not managed by the hotel. This meant we didn't have access to the breakfast (which was far less lavish than the Marriott), housekeeping or front desk. That was a reasonable tradeoff.
However, the noise from the village was constant. It's possible that rooms facing the slopes are quieter, but ours was over the coffee shop and there were people gathered outside at all hours of day and night.
The rooms were nothing special. I'd say you could find a better place.

Could not fault this hotel. Excellent location. Two minutes to ski school, and gondala. We were there for UK half term break, which coincided with the Presidents weekend so had one busy weekend. The hotel coped well. The staff were really helpful at all times, especially the front desk staff. Our one bedroom apartment on the second floor was of a good size with two queen size beds, overlooking the hot tub /pool. At first we wished we had had a slope side view, but the other family that we were travelling with had this and said that it was quite noisy. They had a loft apartment, which was also a good size, but had a smaller bedroom and bathroom. the room was kept clean, and the housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The hotel provided ski lockers at no extra charge, along with ski locks that we could use in the resort. The ski lockers were in a good location in the hotel. The buffet breakfast and afternoon snacks were quite good, and if the dining hall was busy we could take things to our room quite easily. We liked the casual feel to this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel over the Quebec March Break and were very happy with our stay and loved the location. We rented a one bedroom suite on the first floor, and it was overlooking the Flying Mile chair. We could leave our hotel room and be at the gondola in 5-minutes. The bedroom was very large with a queen bed and its own flatscreen. The other room was quite spacious with a full size kitchen, dining table for four, plus a sitting area with fireplace, queen sofa bed, and a large flatscreen. The shared bathroom was large with separate toilet and bathing areas. The rooms were kept clean, the included breakfast was more than adequate, and the afternoon snack was great for when coming off the hill at 4 pm. There was noise from the hill but that has to be expected when staying right in the village. My one complaint, and it might not bother most people, is that while the room had high speed internet, there was no wifi in the room. That meant neither our iPad or MacBook Air was able to connect to the internet in our rooms. I would recommend this hotel to others.
